Biogas boilers have achieved comprehensive success and results.

With the proposal of the national “carbon peak” and “carbon neutrality” goals, China’s energy policy is facing a brand-new situation of further promoting the standardization and innovation of the energy industry’s industrial chain. Huayuan Boiler, as a participant in the drafting and revision of industrial boiler industry standards, has been constantly advancing on the path of exploring new energy development models and has achieved a series of encouraging results.
Bioenergy, as a type of renewable and clean energy, can effectively address the transformation of the energy industry. Within its entire application cycle, it is a combustion-type energy with zero carbon emissions and plays an increasingly important role in the “dual carbon” process and the circular economy.
Following the continuous introduction of biomass direct-fired boiler technologies and products to the market, Huayuan Boiler’s biomass gasification combustion boilers have also made significant progress. Currently, boilers with different parameters ranging from 6t/h to 60t/h have been successively put into operation (and can be customized according to user requirements), contributing Huayuan’s strength to the development and utilization of biomass energy.
The biomass gas boilers developed by the company are suitable for different types of biomass gasification, such as semi-gasification, full gasification, and biomass pellet pyrolysis gasification. These boilers are widely used in various industries that utilize biomass gas as energy, including wood processing, textiles, chemicals, food, biomass gas power
